What is AI literacy training?
AI literacy training teaches employees the fundamentals of artificial intelligence — how it works, what it's good and bad at, how to use it safely, and how it affects their job. It's the baseline every employee needs before role-specific AI upskilling.
Does AI literacy training help with EU AI Act compliance?
Article 4 of the EU AI Act expects organizations that deploy AI to ensure a sufficient level of AI literacy among staff. Our sessions are designed with that in mind and we provide attendance and assessment records. For legal advice on your obligations, consult your counsel.
How long is an AI literacy session?
Typically 60–120 minutes live. For induction programs we can create a repeatable module that your L&D team runs every month.
Can AI literacy training be delivered in Hindi or regional languages?
